Compassionate Inquiry Coaching

Compassionate Inquiry is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that gently reveals the unconscious beliefs, images, and emotions that drive our behaviour — and that our symptoms are trying to communicate. It does not require reliving trauma. It requires honest, present-moment attention to what is actually happening inside.

In sessions, I use this framework alongside body-based awareness to help you understand what your patterns are protecting — and what becomes possible when you no longer need those protections. This work is for people who sense there is something deeper underneath the surface, and who are ready to look at it with compassion rather than judgment.

Book a Session

I spent fifteen years in talk therapy. Good therapists, real work — and yet I always left feeling like I was managing something rather than finishing it. In sessions with Alexandra I started feeling things I had only ever described before. After six months I told her I didn't need to come back. Not because I was giving up — because I was done. I had never said that before in my life. I didn't know it was possible to actually be done.
