Body-Centered Transformation

My work lies at the intersection of the physical body, the nervous system, and emotional health. Most people come to me after they've tried everything regular healthcare has to offer — physiotherapy, medication, talk therapy. Those approaches treat the mind or the symptom. I work with what's underneath both — the body still holding something that was never fully felt. That is not a symptom to manage, but a source of information. One your body will continue trying to communicate.

Vision

The mind and body are not separate systems that occasionally influence each other. They are in constant, uninterrupted dialogue — and what the mind cannot process, the body holds. Emotions, patterns, experiences that were too much to fully feel at the time — these don't disappear. They live in the tissue, in the nervous system, in the ways we brace, lash out, disconnect, or go numb without realising it.

Most people come to me having spent years trying to think their way through something that thinking alone cannot reach. My work exists for that gap — whether you're still carrying something that years of talk therapy haven't touched, or living with physical symptoms that medication manages but never resolves.

In both cases, the body is not the problem. It is the messenger. And until that message is received, the pattern continues.

My work creates the conditions for that to change. Not by working harder at healing, but by finally letting the body be heard.

"The body speaks first in whispers. If we don't listen, it speaks in screams."

Alexandra

I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master's in Neuroscience, and an Honours degree in Social Sciences. For years, I searched for the place where mind and body truly meet — but I did not find it in academia. Instead, I found it under my hands. Working hands-on with thousands of bodies showed me that the physical and emotional are inseparable.

My training spans Traditional Thai Massage (Chiang Mai, Thailand), Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté's framework), yoga trainings in Nicaragua and India, various coaching modalities, and multiple Vipassana meditation courses. I do not fit neatly into a single wellness category — and that is precisely what makes my work unique.
