Thai Massage

Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing system that combines guided stretching, rhythmic compression, and energy line work. Unlike conventional massage, it is performed fully clothed on a floor mat, and engages the entire body — not just isolated areas of tension.

Trained in Chiang Mai, Thailand (the heartland of the tradition) and with advanced study in India, I bring both the technical precision and the meditative presence that this practice demands. Sessions address chronic tension, restricted mobility, nervous system dysregulation, and the physical patterns held in connective tissue after long periods of stress or trauma.
